The Dietary Manager Program provides students with the skills to be an entry-level professional dietary manager, a position required in most healthcare facilities. This Dietary Manager program is an accelerated program for individuals with food service experience and is conducted over a 14-week schedule. Successful completion of this course culminates in the student taking the examination to be recognized as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP).
